My favorite thing to do when I live in Costa Rica is go to Pinuela Beach, full of rocks, just walk and touch them, then bring home the ones that "talked" back to me...those are the most healing ones as they match my own vibration...

About 10 years ago, when I just moved to US from Russia and became massage school student, I was buying every single DVD on Amazon about massage. I came across Sacred Stone Therapy by Karyn Chabot, and felt in love with what she was doing. I took all of her classes available online and then a Teacher Training, when I traveled to Newport R.I. with my husband. We went to the beach to harvest stones, and that was so amazing, I brought many stones home with me. We also absolutely loved Newport's architecture, streets and mansions.
